The Math Teachers' Circle of Winston Salem seeks to:
- Provide professional development for middle school math educators to increase knowledge and experience in mathematics.
- Help middle grades math educators become more comfortable with and enthusiastic about mathematical problem solving.
- Develop teacher efficacy in creating and leading problem solving discussions.
- Create a preofessional support network that welcomes and includes mathematically interested people at all levels of experience.
